Key purpose of the Job

The Graduate Trainee - Manufacturing , you will be on the shop flow supporting the Manufacturing and Production Engineering pillar and assisting the implementation of group production, automation & innovation requirements. This includes understanding of customer and production requirements, automation and innovation requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• The person should have willingness and desire to work on the production floor and understand the sewing operation in the below areas to implement automation smoothly liaising with the plant team and for Automation implementation:​
• Garment Sewing Techniques and Method ​
• Industrial Engineering ​
• Understand the sewing machine types and attachments​
• Understand the Operators behavior and attitude ​
• Understand the basic technicality of the Fabric and the cut panel quality ​
• Understand the Automation machine functions and programming​
• Collaborate with the concerned internal teams for effective Production planning and execution.​
• Adapting technology and innovation initiatives within the plant to enhance operational efficiency

Education

BSc in Engineering in Production / Manufacturing, Mechanical or Mechatronics.

Experience

Possess good communication skills, analytical skills, working knowledge of IT systems / Microsoft packages
