Engineer - Product Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce products and samples as per the specification to accomplish the quality that delivers the customer requirement by using newly introduce technologies.
• Attend and lead style introduction meetings, development meetings, refer to development plans, discuss the design details, effective design and execution plans and gain the required output using effective and accurate programs with expected design features and spec.
• Timely suggesting new methods and revising existing methods in process execution to minimize waste, SMVs and thereby meet customer requirements at the highest productivity.
• Conducting all relevant preparation work in relation to machinery, technological implementations and tools.
• Ensuring required resources such as computers stationery, consumables, machine moulds etc. and preventive maintenance are carried out timely to ensure smooth functioning of the development operations.
• Participate in product review meetings with the product development team to perform the required modifications to the products and ensure the production feasibility, required quality and low consumption levels.
• Researching and application of new technologies to improve efficiency and quality of products.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Engineering Degree in Mechanical.
• 1-2 years' experience in similar capacity.
• CAD Knowledge is required and prefer PTC Creo software knowledge.
• Strong communication skills in English.
