Full-time Head Office, Malta, and/or as may be agreed

Role Level:

C-Suite, Executive Committee, other (Board and/or Management) committees

Role Purpose:

Drives operational excellence, resilience, and supports transformation efforts, ensuring efficient, scalable and customer-focused delivery of the Bank's strategy

Role Expectations:

a) Leads operational efficiency and transformation

b) Builds organisational capability and resilience

c) Champions collaboration and execution

d) Delivers efficient and customer-focused outcomes

Competencies required:

Relevant degree/professional qualification; senior management experience especially in banking and financial services, and in regulatory engagement; change and transformation leadership.
