Senior FP&A Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated finance and data-oriented professional to fill a core role within our Finance team. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role is a brilliant opportunity to shape a relatively new function, prioritizing the communication of high value data driven insights to support the Group’s Commercial and Operations teams.

Our ideal candidate has excellent knowledge of the iGaming industry, a sound finance background, keen eye-for-detail and can draw clear conclusions from large volumes of data.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Head of FP&A in developing and maintaining financial models to support budgeting and forecasting activities for the group.
• Working closely with the Head of FP&A to develop an elite business performance analysis culture.
• Effectively business partnering the Commercial and Operational stakeholders and working alongside their teams to drive cross function improvements through the presentation of data driven insights.
• Developing reports or presentations to communicate financial and business insights to senior stakeholders.
• Acting as the bridge between the Operations/Commercial Teams and the Business Intelligence Team to support the development of self-serve data reporting and analysis.
• Proactively seek to identify trends, gaps and opportunities in performance
• Integrating analytics, data driven decisioning, and automated processes into operational activities that drive customer and commercial outcomes.
• Assisting the Finance Team with management reporting, month-close procedures, year-end audit requirements and ad-hoc analysis.

Requirements

Qualities we are looking for:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with at least 3 years post qualification experience
• iGaming industry background is preferable. Experience in a similar role, or B2C would be a significant advantage
• Experience in managing key business stakeholders, challenging projects and maintaining high service level
• Strong base of technical accounting and reporting skills
• Experience of working with large volumes of data is essential while maintaining an analytic, problem-solving and can-do attitude
• System skills: Strong on Excel, SQL, Python and Tableau
• Personality and attitude are equally (if not more) important than the skillset - team player mentality is a must.
