Stock Controller

Job Purpose

The job incumbent will have to perform physical stock verification and other tasks falling within the duties and responsibilities of a stock controller.

Main Responsibilities

• Costing of products received on our ERP system
• Conducting stock counts in the company’s various stock locations along with other team members as per established plan
• Prepare variance reports after each count and communicate same to concerned parties
• Conducting compliance checks to ensure business activities are in line with company procedures
• Assisting other team members in the various tasks assigned to the team
• Any other tasks that may be given

Profile

• Minimum ACCA Level 1 or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in similar position
• IT literate (Word, Excel, Accounting Package)
• Team Player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest & trustworthy
• Deadline oriented
