AI Automation Analyst

We're automating processes across the company using AI. AI is a powerful tool, but unlocking its full potential requires good data and well-structured business requirements.

We're looking for someone who's ready to dive deep into the business context of different teams and help them drive AI-powered automation.

Challenges that await you:

1. Business Requirements & Discovery

• Gather and structure business requirements from different teams
• Translate business problems into clear, AI-ready specifications
• Build a deep understanding of each team's processes and pain points

1. Prompting & Instructions

• Write and iterate on prompts for AI-driven workflows
• Write clear, unambiguous instructions for data labellers/annotators
• Continuously refine prompts and instructions based on output quality

1. Analytics

• Build analytics to track automation performance and quality
• Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for further automation
• Turn findings into clear recommendations for the business

What makes you a great fit:

• 0–3 years of experience — recent graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong mathematical/analytical background with a solid understanding of statistics
• Python and SQL knowledge is a plus
• English level B2
• Genuine curiosity and willingness to learn and deeply understand business context
