Production Coordinator (Line Responsible)

Your Contribution:

As a Coordinator Production, you will be responsible for managing the resources of your assigned line (raw materials, human resources, equipment) to meet our metrics regarding quality, scrap, productivity, and personnel development.

Your main activities will be:

• Ensure their own safety and that of all personnel by complying with established MAHLE standards.
• Ensure that all personnel possess and wear the appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Be familiar with and ensure compliance with the rules and controls established in the internal work regulations.
• Address any questions and/or needs of the personnel under their supervision (hourly and/or salaried) and provide an appropriate response or solution.
• Ensure that the personnel under their supervision understand and meet the objectives stipulated by Management (SQDC).
• Ensure active communication regarding the current status of SQDC objectives for their assigned area(s) to all personnel.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Industrial Engineer or related field.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to professionally manage and analyze information and files, while ensuring their security.
• Ability to motivate the work team.
• Knowledge of tools and materials (aluminum preferred).
• Knowledge of safety and quality requirements and standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949).
• Knowledge of CSRs (Customer Specific Requirements).
• Knowledge of MTM, measuring instruments, and basic statistics.
• Minimum English proficiency level: B2 (preferred).
