Responsabilidades

Coordinate and monitor short- and long-term production plans for the three operating plants in Mexico. The position acts as a central liaison to ensure the availability of critical materials, operational flow continuity, and inventory optimization, guaranteeing production order fulfillment and schedule adherence.

• Execute continuous tracking of the Production Plan (PP), identifying and managing operational deviations in a timely manner.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as HitMiss, Compliance to Schedule, PastDue, Fill rate, Cuts, etc.
• Actively supervise the supply of critical materials using the MRP module in SAP.
• Anticipate material shortages through proper production split coordination.
• Manage daily requests, issues, and requirements from internal clients (SOIP, Purchasing, and Production) across the 3 plants through established IT systems.
• Align operational capacities and requirements across different sites to maintain supply chain fluidity.
• Constantly analyze operations to propose and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maximize production flow efficiency and the rotation/control of WIP and FG inventories.

Requisitios

Bachelor's Degree or Engineering in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics / Supply Chain, or related fields.

• Conversational English.
• Prior Experience in Project tracking and operational indicator management within Planning, Logistics, or Supply Chain areas.
• Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis).
• Knowledge of SAP (desirable in Planning, MRP, and Inventory Control modules).
• Ability to analyze and manipulate Databases.
• Organization and Detail Orientation: High level of meticulousness, analytical rigor, and attention to detail in dynamic environments.
• Self-Direction and Proactivity: Ability to work independently and resolve contingencies in real time.
• Assertive Communication: Skills to effectively negotiate and interact transversally with internal clients.
• Service Orientation and Continuous Learning: Strong collaborative attitude and constant willingness to acquire new knowledge.
