Job Overview
We are looking for a customer-oriented professional who enjoys working in a highly administrative and detail-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple customer requests simultaneously, maintaining accuracy in systems such as SAP and Salesforce, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer service. This person will demonstrate patience, resilience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain focused while supporting customers across multiple regions.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the order-to-cash process.
- Review, prioritize, and resolve customer cases in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, quotations, pricing requests, and order modifications in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide accurate information regarding product availability, lead times, order status, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure successful order fulfillment and issue resolution.
- Monitor customer orders from entry through delivery, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays or service disruptions.
- Support distributors and strategic customer accounts, collaborating with team members when account volume requires shared ownership.
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order information within SAP, Salesforce, and other business systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers across the United States, Europe, and other international regions regarding order management and service-related inquiries.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to shipments, invoicing, product availability, and delivery performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and operational excellence projects within the Customer Service organization.
- Ensure compliance with service standards, company policies, and business guidelines while delivering a positive customer experience.
What your background should look like
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Inside Sales Support, Supply Chain, Logistics Coordination, or related functions.
- Experience managing customer accounts and resolving complex service-related issues.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, order management, and customer support operations.
- Experience working with SAP is required.
- Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and order tracking.
- Advanced English proficiency required, both written and verbal.
- Experience interacting with international customers in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, distribution, aerospace, industrial, or multinational environments is a plus, but not required.
