About The Role

As an Intern, SAP Applications – Finance and Controlling (FICO), you will gain hands-on exposure to enterprise SAP systems, finance business processes, and global IT operations while working alongside experienced SAP professionals. This role offers valuable experience in SAP support, business analysis, testing, documentation, and project activities within a multinational environment.

What You Will Deliver

• Assist in the analysis and resolution of SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) support tickets.
• Support incident management and service request fulfillment activities.
• Monitor support queues and track ticket progress.
• Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and test evidence documentation.
• Update project and support documentation repositories.
• Prepare project and support reports using Excel, Power Business Intelligence (Power BI), or SAP reporting tools.
• Analyze ticket trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring and dashboard preparation.

What You Bring

• Basic understanding of accounting and finance concepts.
• Knowledge of ERP systems or SAP is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
