Warehouse & Shipping Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Warehouse & Shipping Officer to coordinate and manage daily warehouse and shipping operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receiving, handling, storage, documentation, and timely delivery of materials and finished goods, while maintaining compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, picking, packing, and issuing activities.
2. Coordinate local and international shipments with forwarders, transporters, and relevant departments.
3. Prepare and verify shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and other required documentation.
4. Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks.
5. Ensure proper identification, segregation, and storage of materials.
6. Track shipment status and follow up on delivery schedules.
7. Coordinate with Customs, Logistics, Purchasing, Production, and other relevant departments.
8. Ensure warehouse activities comply with company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
9. Investigate discrepancies involving inventory, shipments, or documentation and coordinate corrective actions.
10. Maintain accurate warehouse and shipping records for traceability and audit purposes.

Qualifications

Must Have

1. Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or inventory operations.
3. Basic understanding of warehouse and shipping processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and delivery.
4. Able to prepare and verify shipping/warehouse documents accurately.
5. Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
6. Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal departments, suppliers, forwarders, and transporters.
7. Good attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs, safety requirements, and company procedures.
8. Able to work independently and manage routine tasks within agreed timelines.

Good to Have:

1. Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or industrial environments.
2. Familiarity with ERP/SAP or inventory management systems.
3. Basic knowledge of import/export and Customs documentation.
4. Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and transportation providers.
5. Knowledge of inventory control and stock reconciliation.
6. Familiarity with ISO, EHS, or warehouse safety requirements.
7. Experience handling sensitive, fragile, or high-value equipment/materials.
8. Basic knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping procedures
