Responsibilities

1. Own end-of-line (EOL) quality gates: final inspection, functional testing, spot road tests, and pre-dispatch audits. Enforce brand-specific launch standards.
2. Verify build integrity across assemblies: electrical systems, EV powertrain, sealing, cosmetics, and chassis. Intercept defects including missing parts, incorrect assembly, and functional failures.
3. Authorize disposition decisions (release/rework/hold). Act as the final quality gatekeeper to prevent defect leakage to market.
4. Analyze EOL failure, rework, and scrap data to identify systemic gaps. Drive joint corrective actions across process, incoming material, and engineering.
5. Standardize CM audit workflows and acceptance criteria. Ensure export build quality parity with domestic production.
6. 负责海外代工厂整车下线终检、功能检测、路试抽检、出厂复检全流程质量管控，严格执行品牌方整车出厂标准；
7. 全面核查整车装配质量、电器功能、三电性能、密封、外观、底盘等整车状态，拦截下线不良、漏装、错装、功能异常车辆；
8. 判定整车合格放行/返工返修/隔离冻结，把控整车出厂质量关口，杜绝不良车辆流入市场；
9. 统计整车下线不良、返修、报废数据，分析终端质量短板，推动制程、来料、工艺联动整改；
10. 规范代工厂整车终检作业流程，统一检验判定标准，保障海外代工整车出厂品质与国内原厂一致。

Qualifications

1. Expert knowledge of NEV inspection protocols and EOL processes. Proficient in defect identification and familiar with IATF 16949 standards.
2. Strong on-site judgment with unwavering adherence to standards. Proven ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally. Open to long-term overseas deployment.
3. English as a working language.
4. Preferred:Experience in NEV final inspection, vehicle launch sign-off, or overseas assembly quality assurance.
5. 熟悉新能源整车完整检验标准与下线检测流程，精通整车常见故障与缺陷判定标准，了解汽车质量体系基础要求；
6. 具备标准执行力、现场判定能力，责任心强、原则性强，能接受海外长期出差，具备独立履职与跨团队协同能力。
7. 英语能够作为日常工作语言
8. 有新能源整车终检、出厂放行、海外整车质检经验优先。
