RINA is building a talent pool of Project Services and Support professionals for a potential Biorefinery Project in Pengerang, Johor, Malaysia.

We are seeking experienced professionals to support project execution, project controls, document management, procurement, and project management activities.

Open Positions

Project Controls

• Project Cost Engineer
• Document Controller EPCC + HPU

Project Management Support

• Project Assistant for Project Director
• Project Secretary

Procurement & Permitting

• Expedite / Material Coordinator
• Interface Coordinator

Requirements

Expert Level Roles
(Project Cost Engineer, Interface Coordinator)

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Power Plant, or large industrial projects
• Degree, Diploma, or Technical Certification in a relevant discipline
• Experience in at least one EPCC Onshore Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical Project

Senior Level Role
(Expedite / Material Coordinator)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical Industry
• Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification

Junior Level Roles
(Project Assistant, Project Secretary, Document Controller)

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification

Preferred Experience

• EPCC projects
• Refinery and petrochemical projects
• Large industrial facilities
• Document management and project controls systems
