About the role

This role sits within the Foodservice Marketing team in Southeast Asia (SEA), supporting the deliveryof marketing outcomes for Food Brands SEA. The successful candidate will help translate regional Foodservice priorities into locally relevant customer engagement, activation and commercial marketing plans that support growth across priority markets, channels, customers and distributors.

Working closely with commercial, marketing, RDA and insights teams, the role will capture foodservicetrends, support product and menu innovation, and develop customer-facing programmes that strengthen Kerry’s value proposition.This role also works alongside the SEA commercialteam and cross-functional partners to support customer engagement, innovation deployment, go-to-
market execution and business growth initiatives across Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of Foodservice Brands marketing plans across SEA, aligned to regional strategy, country priorities and commercial growth objectives.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to identify customer, channel and category opportunities that can be converted into activation plans, innovation projects and customer engagement programmes.
  • Capture foodservice, menu, beverage, consumer and competitor trends to support new product development, menu innovation and commercially relevant customer solutions.
  • Develop and coordinate customer engagement tools, activation materials, product stories, menu concepts and sales enablement content that help commercial teams bring Kerry’s value proposition to life.
  • Partner with RDA, applications, insights, sales and other marketing teams to develop go-to- market plans for product launches, innovation showcases and customer workshops.
  • Contribute to building a library of products, programmes, menu applications and customer engagement assets that position Kerry as an innovative partner for key customers.
  • Coordinate campaign execution, trade marketing activities, distributor support materials, customer presentations and internal communication materials.
  • Support customer meetings, ideation sessions and innovation engagements by preparing relevant content, insights, activation concepts and follow-up materials.
  • Track campaign progress, customer engagement outputs, budget usage and key activity outcomes, sharing updates and recommendations with marketing and commercial stakeholders

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with min 8 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, customer marketing, business development, or sales support, preferably within Foodservice or B2B industries.
  • Experience in Food, Beverage, Food Ingredients, FMCG, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across markets and stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of SEA Foodservice customers, distributors, market channels, competitors, and consumer trends.
  • Experience developing sales enablement and customer-facing marketing materials.
  • Commercially minded, results-oriented, and customer-focused with strong execution capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
  • Knowledge of product innovation, applications, and value proposition development is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional Southeast Asian language is a plus.Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia as required.
