- To perform daily shipment monitoring and tracking through PostFlights tool
- To CFM all maw in the system once shipment confirm departed.
- To publish shipment discrepancy to CSS team if shipment didn't move as per booked.
- To prepare FABCLOSED report on monthly basic
- To correspond with carrier on damage / missing issues.
- To share the OI / CCM issues & target achieve on weekly basis.
- To communicate with AP POSTFLIGHT on automation report.
- To prepare and share the summary slide of damage / uplifting / OI&CCM / truck checklist in the PD session.
- To provide summary report of carrier performance on monthly basis to capture in the Carrier Performance Report
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or any related field.
- Knowledge of logistics, transport, shipping operations, or freight forwarding is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
