We are looking for a Senior Co-Packing Executive to manage end-to-end co-packing operations to ensure on-time execution, service excellence, inventory accuracy, cost control, compliance, reporting and operational efficiency while coordinating across Planning, Factories, Warehouses, Quality Assurance, Transportation (T-HUB) and Co-Packing Service Providers.
A day in the life of a Senior Co-Packing Executive
- Co-Packing Operations Planning & Execution. Review daily and weekly plans; confirm product, packaging material, JO/PO, manpower and capacity readiness; coordinate production sequence; manage urgent jobs; resolve bottlenecks and implement recovery plans.
- Performance Management & Reporting. Track output versus plan, productivity, service and open actions; prepare weekly/monthly reports; analyse gaps; escalate risks with corrective and recovery actions.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management. Act as the main coordination point; facilitate Weekly Operation Review; align priorities; track supplier commitments and performance; ensure overdue actions are closed.
- Inventory & Material Management. Monitor product and packaging stocks, ageing, damage, expiry and non-moving balances; reconcile system versus physical stock; control transfers, adjustments and disposition; verify MUV.
- Quality, Compliance & Governance. Ensure work follows approved JO/CRF, SOP, FEFO, traceability, safety and quality requirements; maintain documentation; coordinate investigations, CAR/CAPA and audit actions.
- Continuous Improvement & Cost Optimization. Identify productivity, service, waste and cost improvement opportunities; maintain line capability standards; support automation, process simplification and co-packing network optimisation.
- Risk Management & Escalation. Monitor service, capacity, inventory, quality, safety and cost risks; lead root-cause analysis; escalate critical issues promptly with mitigation and business continuity actions.
- Warehouse Housekeeping. Manage and ensure general warehouse housekeeping is maintained at the highest standard across relevant co-packing and 3PL areas.
