This is your role. What part will you play?
- Support the KVDT2 Construction Team and Technical Team in daily documentation and project coordination activities
- Prepare, print, scan, file, and control site documents, including Method Statements, Daily Reports, and submissions within the document management system
- Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained, organized, up to date, and easily accessible to the project team
- Assist the Project Management team in preparing essential project management documentation in line with project standards and requirements
- Prepare, format, and refine technical documents, presentations, and reports, including filing and revision tracking, before submission to the internal technical team
- Attend project status and Construction Management (CM) meetings, capture key discussions and action points, and prepare comprehensive Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
- Contribute to structured documentation workflows that enable smooth information exchange within the project team and with external parties
What you need to make real what matters.
- Final-year student or recent graduate pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with document control and document management systems; exposure to SharePoint or Teamcenter is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail with good organizing, filing, and revision tracking skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, and a good team player in a multi-cultural environment
- Interest in rail infrastructure, construction site works, and project documentation
- Good command of English (spoken & written) and effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
