Equipment Technician

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Equipment Technician to join the Equipment Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and productivity.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

• Troubleshoot equipment failures and execute timely repairs.

• Monitor equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• Support equipment installation, qualification, and commissioning activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to minimize equipment downtime.

• Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

• Support shift operations when required.

• Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.

• Experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance is an advantage.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.

• Basic knowledge of PLC, sensors, motors, pneumatics, and automation systems is preferred.

• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Willingness to work on shifts and support production requirements.
