Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
Ensure operational processes are executed efficiently to meet customer and business requirements.
Monitor warehouse performance and implement action plans to achieve operational targets.
Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage capacity.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain proper inventory control practices and compliance with stock management procedures.
Monitor slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and operational staff.
Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to team members.
Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Drive employee engagement and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience.
At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience managing large warehouse operations and multiple stakeholders.
Experience in 3PL, manufacturing, FMCG, healthcare, or retail distribution environments is preferred.
