Your Impact

Reporting to the Head of Workspace, Safety and Wellbeing, you’ll provide essential administration, coordination and information management support across the Health and Safety function.

Working closely with the Senior Health and Safety Advisor and key stakeholders, you’ll help coordinate initiatives, maintain accurate systems and records, support reporting and ensure agreed actions are followed through.

This is a hands-on coordination role where your organisation, attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders will make a direct contribution to our people and workplace culture.

A Day in the Life

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across Health, Safety and Wellbeing activities.
  • Ensure stakeholders receive clear updates and responses within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSW systems, records and documentation.
  • Monitor records to identify gaps, inconsistencies or overdue updates.
  • Help improve the consistency, efficiency and effectiveness of HSW processes.
  • Assist with regular HSW reporting, dashboards, summaries and management updates.

Your Strengths

  • Experience in a coordination or administration role, ideally within health and safety, risk or compliance.
  • Experience working in a complex or multi-site organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to support initiatives, training and continuous improvement activities.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven experience coordinating actions and follow-up across multiple stakeholders and organisational levels.
  • The ability to maintain visibility of action owners, due dates, progress and outstanding matters.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence managing records, systems and documentation.
  • Confidence using digital tools and systems to improve efficiency, quality and information management.
