Te Tūranga – About the role

As a Media Coordinator in our Precision Media team, you'll play a key role in supporting the continued growth of our retail media business.

Working across both the sales and operational sides of the team, you'll help keep campaigns, reporting, billing, and client deliverables running smoothly while contributing to process improvements and business initiatives. You'll be joining a collaborative, high-performing team and working alongside media planners, campaign managers, analysts, and retail media specialists who are passionate about delivering outstanding outcomes for our customers and partners.

In this role, you'll gain exposure to a fast-growing industry while working on projects that create both short and long-term business impact. No two days are quite the same, making this the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, learning, and taking ownership.

You'll be a proactive and organised individual who enjoys supporting a busy team, building strong relationships, and delivering great outcomes. You'll have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working with data, and be motivated to continuously improve the way things are done.

Whether you've worked in media, marketing, retail, sales support, administration, analytics, or project coordination, we'll support you to build your knowledge of the exciting and fast-growing retail media industry.

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with data, reports, and insights
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to new initiatives
