Healthcare Assistant - Casual

Are you looking to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for a Casual HCA to join our friendly team and work various shifts throughout the week as they become available. Located in the charming rural town of Waiuku, our 60-bed care home has strong community ties and offers meaningful work in a relaxed, welcoming environment. We’re looking for a real superstar — someone caring, reliable, positive, and ready to make a difference in the lives of our residents. You must also be entitled to work full-time in New Zealand.

What you will be doing but not limited to:
• Providing personal care support to our residents
• Contribution to care plan reviews
• Maintaining residents’ rooms and living areas tidy
• Completing duty reports
• Meeting training requirements

• Genuine desire to take the next step in your healthcare career
• Flexibility to work on a roster basis
• Reliable transport to get to work
• Eligible to work in New Zealand
