Healthcare Assistant

What you’ll do:

• Deliver personal care and support to our residents, under the guidance of our Registered Nurses.
• Build warm, respectful relationships with residents, families, and your team.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment by following our care standards and procedures.

What you’ll bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or a similar role.
• A compassionate nature and genuine empathy for older adults.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and night shifts.
