Overview
Supports compliance and government engagement activities by assisting in documentation, monitoring, and administrative tasks. Ensures timely submission of reports, permits, and recurring budget requirements to uphold compliance standards and strengthen institutional credibility.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing compliance documentation, permits, and reports.
- Support monitoring of regulatory developments and provide updates to the Manager.
- Coordinate logistics for regulatory meetings, inspections, and consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and government engagements.
- Prepare and upload monthly recurring budget, liquidation, and other related administrative matters.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with compliance requirements.
- Travel occasionally for regulatory meetings and external engagements.
- Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule when necessary to accommodate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exercise discretion in handling sensitive regulatory information.

Qualifications

- Willingness to travel occasionally for external engagements.
- Willingness to adjust work schedule when required to meet organizational and stakeholder needs.
