ADB’s Talent Acquisition Division is excited to announce an upcoming visit to Beijing, People's Republic of China, on 29-30 October 2026. Qualifications

ADB seeks talent who embrace our mission to reduce poverty and improve the quality of life in Asia and the Pacific. We seek candidates who have:

• Preferably a master’s degree in relevant fields or a university degree in related fields combined with additional relevant professional experience
• At least a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for early-career program, 6 years for mid-career opportunities, and 10 years for senior roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ideally with international experience working in several countries
