Solutions Dev & Experience Sr Specialist

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.

Qualifications

At least 3 years in service assurance, product operations, or cross-functional coordination in telco.

• Experience with revenue reporting systems and incident management.

Duties and Responsibilities

A) FUNCTIONAL

1. Interfaces horizontally with Network, IT, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services partners for product-wide service assurance.

2. Coordinates cross-functional resolution of product-wide disruptions at the earliest possible timeline.

3. Ensures revenue reporting system integrity across product lines.

4. Maintains the cross-functional escalation channel; tracks and reports assurance SLAs.

5. Documents incidents, root causes, and resolution actions; drives preventive improvements.

6. Provides dual capacity to eliminate single-point-of-failure in cross-functional resolution coverage.

B) ADMINISTRATIVE

1. Contributes to operations and performance reviews for the assigned scope; escalates issues with recommended actions.

2. Submits performance and status reports on the required cadence; maintains documentation.

3. Completes timekeeping, leave, and expense filings on or before cut-off.

4. Completes mandatory compliance trainings annually (Code of Conduct, Data Privacy Act, Information Security).

The Product Launches & Enhancements Program Manager will be a strategic leader who will oversee all Enteprise Wireless Product Team's product launches, product enhancements, and all system-related initiatives and updates ensuring the team's long-term goals are achieved. Key focus points include coordinating strategies, managing budgets, and aligning resources across cross-functional teams.

• Strategic Alignment: Ensuring all underlying projects support the broader business objectives.
• Cross-Project Coordination: Managing dependencies and streamlining processes so different project teams work together efficiently without duplicating efforts.
• Resource Allocation: Strategically distributing budgets, tools, and personnel across multiple initiatives.
• Risk Management: Identifying major risks and roadblocks that could impact the entire program and establishing contingency plans.
• Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the bridge between cross-functional teams, inter-department stakeholders, and project teams to provide regular progress updates
