Requirements

Must-have experience

2 YOE with:

• Experience working with AWS Organizations, including SCPs, RCPs, account vending/landing zones, cross-account IAM, and least-privilege role design.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and managing AWS KMS Key Policies and encryption-related access issues.
• Experience working with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools, preferably Wiz, including remediation workflows and risk mitigation activities.
• Experience managing and resolving incidents through ITSM platforms and Jira, handling high-volume ticket queues in fast-paced operational environments.
• Knowledge of AWS security best practices, governance, identity, and access management.
• Experience monitoring cloud environments, troubleshooting security and operational issues, and ensuring platform stability.
• Experience implementing cloud security controls, compliance standards, and security governance practices.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, resource optimization, and cost management strategies.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

• AWS Certification required: AWS Certified Security Specialty, AWS SysOps Administrator Associate, or AWS Solutions Architect Associate.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure cloud environments to take full advantage of cloud computing capabilities.
• Administer and maintain AWS multi-account environments using AWS Organizations and security governance controls.
• Manage identity and access controls through IAM, cross-account access models, and least-privilege permission strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AWS KMS key policy issues and encryption-related incidents.
• Utilize CSPM tools, preferably Wiz, to identify, assess, and remediate cloud security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Monitor cloud environments daily, perform troubleshooting activities, and ensure operational stability.
• Manage and resolve a high volume of security and operational tickets through ITSM and Jira platforms.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, cloud governance standards, and industry best practices.
• Maintain the availability, reliability, and security of cloud systems, applications, and data.
• Optimize cloud resource utilization and improve overall platform performance.
• Drive innovation and digital transformation through the effective adoption of cloud technologies.
• Implement cost optimization strategies and ensure efficient use of cloud services.
