Position: Sr. HSE Engineer (JR 6020)
Job Role
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) systems to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive HSE compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
- Lead process safety, emergency preparedness, and contractor safety initiatives.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through coaching, training, and continuous improvement.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5+ years of relevant HSE experience in a manufacturing, process, or chemical industry, with strong exposure to process safety and plant operations.
