Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including pain and health education needs
• Plan, prioritize, and deliver safe, quality, patient-centered nursing care
• Administer medications safely and monitor patient responses
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to infection prevention and hospital protocol
• Manage admission, transfer, and discharge processes as per institutional guidelines
• Educate patients, families, and staff on relevant health and nursing care needs
• Monitor and maintain medical supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Mentor and guide novice/new nursing staff in safe nursing practices
• Evaluate patient outcomes and modify nursing care plans as required
• Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation
• Report incidents and critical/panic laboratory results promptly
• Maintain required clinical competencies through certification and recertification programs.

Requirements:

You should have:

• a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN), Post-RN BScN degree and

  should have at least three years of experience

• valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council

• certification in Basic Life Support, ACLS, PALS, NRP provider, Safe Medication Administration and Intravenous Cannulation

• ability to assess, plan and manage patient care with expertise as per protocols

• willingness to work with shifts

• excellent interpersonal skills, including communication skills.
