2D Artist

We are looking for a 2D Artist to create high-quality visuals for our mobile games. You will take ownership of the art direction and production of 2D assets while working closely with Game Designers, Developers, UI/UX Designers, and other artists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality 2D assets including characters, environments, props, icons, UI elements, and game illustrations.
  • Develop concepts and transform game ideas into polished and engaging visuals.
  • Maintain consistency in the game's art style, quality, and visual direction.
  • Take ownership of assigned art features/projects from concept to final implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with Game Designers and Developers to ensure artwork meets gameplay and technical requirements.
  • Review artwork and provide constructive feedback to junior artists when required.
  • Make improvements and revisions based on feedback from the team.
  • Prepare and optimize assets for implementation in Unity.
  • Ensure artwork meets project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Stay updated with current mobile gaming art trends and visual styles.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience as a 2D Artist, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating professional 2D game art and illustration skills.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, composition, lighting, perspective, anatomy, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, or similar tools.
  • Experience creating artwork for mobile games is highly preferred.
  • Ability to create both stylized and polished game visuals.
  • Good understanding of game production workflows and asset requirements.
  • Experience working with Unity is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
