The Opportunity

The role will be based in our Rapid Innovations which is the Center of Excellence in Pakistan and will support the client engagements across the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support large-scale Finance Transformation programs for Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 banks covering:
  • Finance Target Operating Model (TOM)
  • Record‑to‑Report (R2R), Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), Order‑to‑Cash (O2C)
  • Financial close acceleration and controls optimization
• Conduct as‑is / to‑be process mapping, pain‑point diagnostics, and maturity assessments
• Support automation and digitization initiatives (ERP, RPA, DWH, analytics tools)
• Assist in organization design, role clarity, and capacity modeling for Finance functions
• Prepare high-quality management presentations, steering committee packs, and business cases

Qualifications

• Qualified or part‑qualified CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA / ACA
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

To qaulify for this role

• 7–10+ years of experience with:
  • Hands‑on delivery of Finance Transformation programs
  • Prior exposure to Big‑4, consulting, or internal transformation roles
• GCC banking exposure strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of banking finance processes
• ERP exposure (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, etc.)
• Process documentation, data analysis, and stakeholder management
