Main Responsibilities

Perform the smooth and efficient Kister Operation at rated speed and follow Quality Standards.

• Maintain Daily checklist, on-line inspection and log book related to Kister Machine
• Timely response / handling in case of any abnormality.
• Perform and follow Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance procedures regarding Kister Machine/accessories.
• Ensure proper handling and record of Raw material to Kister operation.
• Ensure minimum wastages of raw material (i.e. less than defined targets)
• Follow the instructions of Qualified Operator, Line Foreman and seniors.
• Perform quick changeovers (Flavor/Package) on a Machine as per requirement.
• Machine cleaning and maintenance to keep machine in good working condition
• Give timely information about Spare Parts requirement.
