Content Creation Team Leader

Job Overview:

People Perfect is looking for a Content Creation Team Leader for its client, (Training Company). This role will be responsible for leading and developing a content creation team, ensuring the team consistently meets agreed KPIs, quality standards, and delivery targets. This is a hands-on people-management role that will play a key part in maintaining course quality and driving continuous improvement, working closely with training, QA, reporting, and wider business support functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • People Management & Development – Manage, support, coach and develop team members, including 1-to-1s, feedback, and performance management.
  • Team Delivery & Performance – Organise workloads, monitor productivity and deadlines, and ensure the team consistently meets agreed KPIs and delivery targets.
  • Quality & Process Management – Ensure courses meet quality standards and SOPs, identify issues, and drive improvements where needed.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination – Maintain effective communication and collaboration across training, QA, reporting, and change management, providing wider business support as needed.

Qualification & Experience:

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths; a Level 3 qualification or a qualification in Leadership & Management, Education, Training, Business or a related subject is desirable. Relevant experience and demonstrated capability may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
  • Previous background in overseeing, leading, or directing personnel, ideally within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience managing team performance and providing constructive feedback.
  • Strong ability to monitor KPIs, productivity, and deadlines, with good IT and data-handling skills.
  • Able to work independently, escalate issues appropriately, and manage competing priorities in an organised manner.
  • Accountable and results-focused, with a positive attitude towards continuous improvement.

Bahria Town, Lahore

Working Days & Timings:

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Office Timing: 05:30 am – 01:30 pm Pakistan Standard Time.
