Key Responsibilities :
1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including loading/unloading, product stacking, and inventory management
- Ensure efficient shipment execution and minimize delays
- Manage multiple warehouses under high-pressure situations
- Support warehouse capacity planning (hiring/de-hiring)
2. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure zero safety incidents (TRIR) and strict adherence to HSE policies
- Maintain warehouse security and product integrity
- Ensure compliance with EFERT SOPs, IFA standards, and legal requirements
3. Inventory & Reporting
- Maintain accurate inventory of product, equipment, empty bags, and documents
- Monitor stock movements, shortages, and exceptions (ROSP, PER, STR)
- Ensure timely daily and monthly reporting
4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with trucking and handling contractors for smooth operations
- Coordinate with sales and distribution teams for timely dispatches
- Manage dealer coordination for direct diversions
5. Cost & Efficiency Management
- Drive operational efficiency through improved handling and reduced idle time
- Support budget adherence and cost optimization initiatives
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred)
Experience :
- Relevant experience in warehouse / logistics / operations management
