About a role:

The Advanced HR Development Manager ensures the accuracy, reliability and compliance of HR administrative processes for both employment contracts and invoice management within the AMF perimeter. Key objectives include:

Contracts (70%)

  • Execute and secure administrative processes for new hires (CDI, CDD, internal mobility) in collaboration with Recruiters, HRBPs, Payroll & Admin.
  • Draft, verify, and manage employment contracts and associated legal documentation.
  • Ensure proper onboarding steps, communication flows, and document compliance.
  • Guarantee high-quality, accurate and compliant HR data transmission.

Invoice Management (30%)

  • Implement and monitor management and control processes for invoices and purchase requests (DA).
  • Ensure data reliability, traceability, and compliance with legal and internal regulations.
  • Respond to stakeholder and supplier inquiries with accuracy and timeliness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage HR administrative files via ORACLE reporting tools.
  • Draft employment contracts, including Executive/Non-Executive, CDI/CDD, trial periods, clauses and notice periods.
  • Inform candidates about the process for reviewing their administrative file.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of employee data in ORACLE and ensure compliance with legal requirements, including work permits.
  • Prepare contract signature workflows using AdobeSign.
  • Plan occupational health appointments.
  • Update HR, IT, security badge and onboarding dashboards.
  • Submit and archive DPAE, medical checks and contracts in DOR.
  • Communicate hiring calendars and updates to HRBPs.
  • Maintain tracking files for contracts and HR KPIs.
  • Facilitate the full onboarding process for new hires into the business.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires.
  • Conduct onboarding surveys and prepare and track attendance on “Steelé” trainings.
  • Create or reactivate supplier accounts with validation from Purchasing.
  • Respond to stakeholder and supplier queries with timely and accurate information.
  • Provide updates to requesters regarding supplier account status.
  • Track, monitor and follow-up on invoice-related requests.
  • Ensure compliance with invoicing rules, including the “bien facturé” charter.
  • Support resolution of non-compliant or incomplete invoice situations.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders involved in the invoicing process.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or similar.
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in HR administration, contract management or a similar HR development role.
  • Experience in invoice management or accounting processes (2–3 years) is an asset.
  • Proficiency in ORACLE, SAP ACE, AdobeSign and standard office tools.
  • Strong command of HR processes for CDD/CDI onboarding and contract lifecycle.
  • Solid understanding of invoice processing, supplier creation workflows and the “bien facturé” charter.
  • Knowledge of French labor law and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French.
  • Ability to independently manage non-compliant contract or invoice cases.
  • Ability to serve as a facilitator between HR, suppliers, managers and internal departments
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including HR, suppliers, managers and onboarding teams.
  • Responsiveness and ability to protect the company’s image and ensure timely communication.
  • Strong attention to detail to secure accuracy for both contracts and invoices.
  • Reliability to ensure follow-up, compliance and data accuracy.
  • High level of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data in compliance with GDPR.
  • Strong organization & efficiency, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload and track follow-ups and deadlines.
  • Active listening and ability to respond effectively to stakeholder queries.
  • Strong results orientation to ensure smooth onboarding and timely invoice processing.
