Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Career Development Counselor to support career development frameworks, employee counseling, skills assessments, career planning, and development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement career development programs and frameworks.
• Provide career counseling and coaching to employees.
• Conduct career and skills-gap assessments.
• Organize career workshops and employee development sessions.
• Support high-potential employee development programs.
• Follow up with transferred employees and career development cases.
• Support career metrics and reporting.
• Coordinate with managers regarding employee career development.
• Handle employee career-related queries.
• Support study requests and development initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate career development records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant Learning & Development/career development experience.
• Strong career counseling and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Experience with HR/ERP systems is preferred.
• Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
