Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Employee Engagement professional to lead employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive employee experience and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and programs.
• Support onboarding, employee adaptation, and employee experience initiatives.
• Monitor employee engagement indicators, feedback, and KPIs.
• Develop reports and analyze engagement trends.
• Support organizational culture, values, and internal communication initiatives.
• Coordinate employee feedback and engagement activities.
• Support change-management initiatives.
• Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to improve employee experience.
• Provide coaching and guidance on engagement-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 6–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, or Employee Relations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
