Job Summary
We are seeking an Employee Engagement Specialist to support employee engagement programs, onboarding, employee experience, internal communication, and feedback initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement employee engagement programs and activities.
• Support onboarding and employee adaptation initiatives.
• Monitor employee experience and identify employee challenges.
• Track engagement indicators and prepare reports.
• Support organizational culture and values initiatives.
• Coordinate employee feedback and communication activities.
• Assist with engagement surveys and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Coordinate with HR and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong HR/Employee Engagement background.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle employee concerns professionally.
• Coaching and conflict-management skills are preferred.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
