DevOps Consultant

What awaits you

• AMO and On-Prem Infrastructure and 2nd Level Support and On-Call
• Manage and optimize On-Prem infrastructure, including networking, governance, and compliance
• Write and debug scripts in PowerShell, Python, and Bash to automate tasks and streamline system administration
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications
• Support and maintain existing CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation and deployment improvements using Jenkins and GitLab
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, ensuring high availability and reliability
• Adhere to security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base
• Ensure stable operation of production and non-production environments through monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and continuous service improvement
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring incidents
• Support change, incident, and problem management processes in accordance with operational standards and best practices

What should you bring along

• University Degree or Advanced Diploma in a Software Engineering related discipline, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, networking, storage, security configurations, and access management
• At least 2+ years’ proven experience working with On-Prem infrastructure
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Excellent English verbal and written skills
• German communication skills will be a plus
• Ability to work in an Agile team setup
