Bartender

Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled bar professionals for our Restaurant & Lounge team at The Bristol - Belgrade. In this role, you will be the professional and warm face of our Bars and be responsible for providing our guests with a memorable experience. The candidate should be customer oriented, have a can do attitude and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all guests are greeted in a warm and courteous fashion and tended to in a professional manner.
• Represent The Bristol’s passion for customer service, proactively ensuring each guest has the memorable experience expected at The Bristol - Belgrade.
• To always be familiar with product offerings (i.e. the menu, specials and ingredients, beverages on offer, wine list, etc.).
• Ensure that all Food and Beverage products are served efficiently and in accordance with the company standard of presentation.
• Carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with company policy.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

• A real understanding of bar operations.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
• A structured and organized approach to work planning.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
