tinyBuild is a video game label that started in 2011 with the idea of creating long-term franchises by partnering with talented developers from all over the world. The company has released dozens of games, including Hello Neighbor, Graveyard Keeper, SpeedRunners, Potion Craft, and more. Headquartered in the Seattle Area, USA, the company now has studios in the US, Netherlands, Latvia, and Eastern Europe.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about video games and is willing to help other players resolve any issues they may encounter.

Core responsibilities:

• Familiarize yourself with our games and their common issues.
• Respond to player questions and technical issues across email, support forms, Steam, Discord, and other community channels.
• Troubleshoot issues on all platforms (PC, consoles, mobiles), including crashes, save problems, connectivity errors, and platform-specific behavior.
• Collect diagnostic information and turn player reports into clear, actionable bug reports.
• Identify recurring issues and emerging trends across support and community channels.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in player support, customer support, community management, or a similar player-facing role.
• Strong written English and the ability to adapt your tone to different players and situations.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership within a small team.
• Able to multitask and manage priorities across multiple projects.
• Patient and professional.

Nice to have:

• Experience writing bug reports or working with QA and development teams.
• An understanding of which follow-up questions provide developers with useful information.
• The ability to investigate issues thoroughly before escalating them.
