Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Electric Vehicle business. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, preferably within the automotive or EV industry, excellent customer relationship skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell electric vehicles to individual and corporate customers.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and explain EV features, benefits, and ownership advantages to customers.
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Automotive Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Additional sales-related certifications or recognition, such as Best Seller, Top Performer, or Sales Excellence awards, will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
• Good understanding of the automotive market and interest in electric vehicle technology.
• Ability to develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be a Rwandan citizen.
• Must have a driver’s license
