Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Measurement Solutions & Systems (MSS) business and lead the successful execution of complex customer projects across the Middle East & Africa region.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring technical, commercial, and operational objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Center of Excellence (COE) teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Review project contracts, costing, payment terms, and commercial requirements during project initiation.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface for technical and commercial project matters.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, progress reporting, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and schedule commitments are met.
  • Review and approve technical documentation, specifications, datasheets, and project deliverables.
  • Support customer inspections, FAT activities, and commissioning requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Emerson's trade compliance and HSE requirements.

You build strong relationships, drive accountability, and effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a customer-focused approach. You excel in collaborating with global teams and delivering successful outcomes in a dynamic project environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Project Engineering and/or Project Management.
  • Strong experience with Metering Systems, Bidi and Compact Provers, Gas and Liquid Analyzers, and Gas Chromatographs.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian end-user requirements, particularly Saudi Aramco standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and business systems.

Preferred Qualifications that set you apart

  • PMP Certification and/or MBA.
  • Arabic language skills.
  • Experience preparing ITP, FDS, FAT procedures, and operations manuals.
