Supply Chain Planner, APAC & ME

Position Summary

The Supply Chain Planner, APAC & ME (Contract) provides operational support across planning, procurement, logistics and reporting. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate execution of supply chain processes, maintaining data integrity, reporting, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supply Planning & Order Management
  • Coordinate purchase order creation, tracking, and follow-up with suppliers.
  • Monitor order status and proactively resolve supply and delivery issues.
  • Support demand and supply planning activities.
  1. Data Management & Reporting
  • Prepare and distribute routine supply chain reports and KPIs.
  • Collect and analyze operational data to support for the project schedule & outcome.
  • Ensure documentation is maintained in compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
  1. Continuous Improvement
  • Support ongoing projects, system testing & enhancements, and process standardization initiatives.
  • Assist with special assignments as required by the Supply Chain team.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Education
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  1. Experience
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, PO management, Logistics or Operation Coordination.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Experience coordinating with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
  1. Skills & Competencies
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical mind with good numerical sense
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  1. Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of demand & supply planning, process flow on regional buy / sell and Logistics flow on shipment arrangement & freight concept.
  • Experience supporting regional supply chain activities across APAC.

Contract Type: 1 year contract role
