We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a VP, Wealth Centre Manager.

In this role you will:

  • Embed MAS regulatory expectations and Group policies/procedures/audit standards into daily operations to ensure full compliance.
  • Lead day-to-day wealth centre operations, ensuring business continuity through effective resource planning and management.
  • Improve operational efficiency and productivity by reviewing workflows/controls, removing bottlenecks, and reducing operational errors/losses (e.g., cash discrepancies, processing errors, FX/exchange losses).
  • Make sound operational decisions within delegated authority, balancing customer experience with risk management and control requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong risk & control ownership through robust controls, accurate record-keeping, and timely closure of internal/external audit and regulator actions.
  • Drive service excellence by setting/monitoring service standards, tracking performance, and closing service gaps quickly.
  • Build a high-performing, engaged team through open communication, teamwork, coaching, capability development, and ongoing performance feedback.
  • Promote a service-and-sales mindset, identifying customer needs and introducing relevant bank solutions responsibly to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

To be successful you will need:

  • 3–5 years’ banking experience, particularly in branch operations.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience developing, directing, and implementing plans.
  • People management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff, peers, senior stakeholders, and customers.
