Status: rotational 4/4 (4 weeks on/4 weeks off), based on seven (7) worked days per week, with twelve (12) hours of work per day

Languages: English-speaking working environment

MISSIONS

· Supporting Drilling Assets within the Drilling and Wells department o Supervise offshore operations performed on wells

· Accountable as Drilling & Completion Senior Supervisor within the Drilling Chain of Command with

· regards to Technological Major Risks in particular Blow Out. o Representant of the company offshore

· Lead the communication with onshore operational Team

ACTIVITIES

The designated CONTRACTOR’s PERSONNEL will be required to:

➢ Technical

· Review drilling and completion programs prepared in town. Roll out the same on site through issuance of rig standing instructions and supervising their proper implementation.

· Ensure Bridging document and specifically Well Control procedures enforced and respected on the rig

· Accomplishment of the operations, as per Company Rules and HSE requirements.

· Personally supervise delicate or risky operations, communicate to DCSI as a part of Chain of Command as a part of daily routine and in case of emergency

· Coordinate logistics with the DCSI depending on rig capability, vessel constraints and planning of next operations to ensure continuous optimized operations.

· Optimize rig equipment and processes in close cooperation with contractors and the TEEP Suriname operational office team.

· Contribute to reinforcing the application of best working practices in order to:

· Perform the work in safe conditions

· Prevent major accidents (blow out, spills, etc.)

· Preventing any damage to TotalEnergies assets

· Minimize Non-Productive Time and enhance operational performances

· Review reports on daily basis

· Liaise with Logistics to ensure equipment readiness

· Participating in lessons learnt and performance optimization process

➢ Management and interfaces

· Leader of the Offshore Team organization: manage, motivate, and help develop the offshore personnel

· Mentor DCSV and DCASV when these positions are present onboard the rig

➢ HSE

· As RSES on the rig unit, empowered to ensure that Company and Contractor HSE standards are fully respected and known by all.

· Actively participate in Company and Contractor safety awareness and initiative schemes

· Supervising the reporting on incidents, accidents, anomalies and report immediately to the DCSI In the course of the Emergency Response is the On the Scene Commander

· Contractor safety awareness and initiative schemes

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· Technician or Engineering profile (master’s degree of Engineering or equivalent), with more than 5 years of experience in operational environment in drilling, experience as DCSSV o Good knowledge of offshore and specifically deepwater environment o Good knowledge of TotalEnergies referential, processes and methods
