RSM is a leading provider of audit, tax, and consulting services to middle-market businesses. The Project Management Supervisor will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of operational initiatives within the Catamaran practice. This role partners with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, risks are managed, and business outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution:

  • Lead delivery of multiple concurrent projects
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery

Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with business stakeholders and sponsors
  • Communicate project status and outcomes
  • Facilitate meetings and follow-ups

Risk & Issue Management:

  • Identify and manage risks using RAID logs
  • Implement mitigation strategies

Governance & Reporting:

  • Follow project management standards
  • Provide executive-level reporting
  • Maintain documentation

Operational Excellence:

  • Drive process improvements
  • Support scalable delivery models

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years project management or operations experience
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification

  • Experience in consulting or managed services

  • Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies

  • Experience with project financials

  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow
