Sr Supply Planner

About our group:

Materials Department helps to secure the continued success to meet the corporate’s goal through planning, supply planning (purchasing), internal teamwork and external partnerships. Also, we closely work with the operation team, Engineering team, Logistic team, Design Center team and related groups.

About the role - you will:

• Plan and execute supply planning (former : purchasing) and materials management activities to support business objectives.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and related functions to secure materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Manage material availability to support production and build plans while meeting customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to achieve corporate inventory targets.
• Lead supplier communication and coordination to address supply constraints, capacity issues, and delivery risks.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships and drive supplier performance improvements through regular business reviews.
• Drive cross-functional issue resolution and risk mitigation activities to ensure continuous supply support.

About you:

• Procurement, Materials Planning
• AI adoption into work
• Negotiation skills. Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, supplier performance management, and inventory optimization.
• Supply chain managing skills (Stocks / inventory / supply connection)
• Customer Support / Customer Requirements
• System knowledge: SAP, PowerBI
• Must: Data analytics tools, Microsoft excel skills, Power point Advantage: Knime/ Tableau
