Production Engineer - TMMA, Chemical Business (Rayong Based)

Job Descriptions:

• Production Scheduling: Developing and optimizing production schedules, sequencing runs to minimize changeover losses, balancing capacity to maximize OEE, and adjusting plans to ensure on-time delivery.

• Inventory & Material Management: Managing raw material and finished-goods inventory for production continuity, generating MRP aligned with schedules, and coordinating with Procurement and Logistics.

• Cross-functional Coordination: Liaising between Sales, Production, Maintenance, QA, and Technology Partners (MCC) — confirming delivery dates, integrating maintenance windows, and driving priorities through daily meetings and S&OP reviews.

• Production Supervision & Coaching: Guiding and advising Unit Supervisors and Boardman to ensure daily operations comply with the production plan and Operating Window conditions.

• PCS (Production Planning Program) Usage: Operating the PCS as the master scheduling platform, maintaining data integrity, generating work orders, leveraging analytics for bottleneck identification, and providing user training.

• Reporting & Performance Analysis: Preparing production reports, tracking KPIs (OEE, OTIF, Changeover Time, Inventory Turnover), providing cost data for budget monitoring, and documenting lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Production Technology, or a related field (Bachelor's GPAX 2.70 / Master's GPAX 3.00).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in petrochemical, chemical, polymer, or related manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of production planning, chemical/polymer processes, and Process Safety Management (PSM).
• Experience with SAP Production Planning, such as PP, MRP, and Production Orders.
• Good analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Good command of English (TOEIC 550).
• Willing to work in Rayong
