To enrich our Quality Management department of the Marquardt Group located in Zone industrielle d’El Agba, 2087, El Hrairia, Tunis-El Agba we are looking for you as

PPAP Engineer

Qualifications

• Engineer in mechatronics or electronics

• Minimum 5 years experience in quality

• Strong knowledge of automotive Quality Core Tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)

• Strong knowledge of PPAP requirements in accordance with AIAG and VDA standards.

• Strong knowledge of metrology and technical drawing interpretation.

• Knowledge in quality and process engineering

• Experience in dealing with customers from the automotive sector

• High autonomy, logical thinking and organizational skills

• Knowledge in quality and process engineering- Experience in dealing with customers from the automotive sector

• English skills (written and spoken)

• German skills will be a bonus

  Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, review, and maintain PPAP/PPA documentation for automotive and non-automotive customers in accordance with customer-specific requirements and AIAG/VDA standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete PPAP submissions on time

• Ensure all PPAP submissions are accurate, complete and meet customer expectations

• Customer communication regarding PPAP topics

• Submit PPAP packages through customer portals and manage customer feedback, rejections, and resubmissions.

• Support new projects, engineering changes, product changes, and process changes requiring PPAP/PPA submission.

• Track PPAP status and maintain PPAP tracking dashboards and KPIs.
